Further Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Also contained in this new document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a legend labelling various sections of the estate.

Alongside this are what appear to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.

Further materials released as part of the continuing congressional release.
